Our technology

High precision die stamping technology

High precision flatbed and continuous press machines

We utilize high precision flatbed and continuous press machines (capable of 0.01mm accuracy), with various types of dies. We can process sheet or roll materials, with feeding accuracy of 0.05mm.

Large size flatbed machines: depending on the technical and mechanical qualities of the material used, the largest possible size is 2000x1000mm.

Normal and high precision die stamps

Our dies include:
  • Thomson dies
    • Widely used in light industry / printing industry
    • General tolerance: ±0.2 – 0.3mm
  • Engraving dies
    • Engraved iron die reproduced from customer’s drawing
    • General tolerance: ±0.03mm
    • High-precision and high durability
  • Pinnacle dies
    • Etching metal plate into die with sharp round blade
    • General tolerance: ±0.05mm
    • Suitable for cutting fine curves and thin materials
  • Metal dies
    • Punching dies
    • Combination dies
    • General tolerance: ±0.05mm

Assembly

Our dies include:
  • Hot melt
    • Granulated adhesive material is melted and positioned by a robot on the surface of the parts to be assembled.
  • Rivets/clips
    • Plastic rivets used for fixing our assembly products.
  • Soldering
    • Assembly of metal parts by joining them by melting a filler metal into the joint.

Clean room technology

We have a Clean Room facility installed in 2013. Presently the Production area is ISO8 category, while the Inspection area is ISO7 category.

The Clean Room is equipped with similar continuous press machines as the standard shop floor, enabling us to make similar high-end products with Clean Room specification.

Prototyping using X/Y Axis Plotter

With the help of our X/Y Axis Plotter, we are able to quickly create samples and prototypes without the need for die-cut tooling.

The plotter can operate on CAD drawings as input, making the process simple and clear-cut.

The time required to create the first samples or prototypes can be reduced to a matter of minutes, without the costs or time constraints related to die-cut tooling.
