Starting from vinyl tape – an existing product originally used for electrical insulation – Nitto has repeatedly driven the development of new products by incorporating a wide range of new technologies and functions, while also pioneering new applications. Through these efforts, we have created new demand across a broad spectrum of customers and industries, including electric wires, housing, automobiles, semiconductors, electronic and optical components.
Closely engaging with customers and promoting Sanshin Activities through the integrated collaboration of R&D, Production, Sales and Administration is part of Nitto’s “DNA of innovation” and serves as a key driving force behind the Group’s growth. These Sanshin Activities form the foundation for the continuous creation of double recognized products and services.
