In order to prevent work accidents, the Nitto Group engages in the reduction of risks and maintenance of safety globally, by establishing its original risk assessment evaluation method as group guidelines, and thereby properly identifying machine and task hazards leading to accidents.

We have introduced chemical risk assessments focusing on the reactivity and toxicity peculiar to chemical substances, and we are working to reduce the risks when handling chemical substances. Risk management and risk assessment methods have been established as Group Guidelines used throughout the Nitto Group.
