Nitto Denko Corporation has obtained the Kurumin Certification from Japan’s MHLW, in recognition of its status as a company that actively supports employees in balancing work and childcare.

The Kurumin Certification is a system under Japan’s Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next‑Generation Children, through which the MHLW recognizes companies as Childcare Support Companies if they formulate an action plan, achieve its goals, and meet designated criteria.
