Nitto, Inc. is strategically placed in the heart of the automotive industry, just 20 miles from Detroit, MI. Surrounded on all four sides by the major Automotive OEM's, plants and tech centers, we are able to provide extremely rapid service with little notice. We specialize in personal one-on-one visits, lab cooperatives with customer testing, sampling, quotes, and computer generated analytical studies to suit our customer's need for Quiet Cars. The facility has full in-house NVH, Acoustic and Sealing Testing capabilities and we are staffed with Engineers, CAD designers and a friendly sales staff to meet or exceed the customers' level of urgency.
Nitto purchased Acoustiseal, formerly Lear, and began the Sealing and Acoustics legacy.
2008
Final production at St. Louis (PSL). Production moved to Kansas City plant or given to competitors. Land and factory are sold.
Name changed to Nitto Denko Automotive, Inc.
2010
Moved to a new facility in Novi, MI.
2011
Nitto Denko Automotive Mexico purchases the land and building for the current manufacturing facility.
