This is a generic message displayed by Windows, and could happen with any other laser printer.
Please check the following items.

1. Printer is paused
2. Printer stopped due to “Label Feed Error” or “No Label Error”
3. Printer is switched off
4. Printer is not connected to the port specified by the printer driver.

Press the “Pause” button on the front operation panel and cancel the pause.

Refer to the printer’s operation manual to resolve the problem.

Turn the printer on.

Refer to the “Changing the printer with a different printer of the same type,” and change the USB port.
