Stating that the organization is subject to provisions of this Regulation and notice stated at Article 7 was given by using notification system of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, in the event of being top-level organization, safety report obligated to be prepared as per Article 11 has been prepared

The organization is subject to provisions of this Regulation. We gave the notification stated in Article 7 of the Regulation by using the notification system of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. According to such notification, the organization is a low-level company and we have prepared a Major Accident Prevention Policy (BKÖP) report which we are obliged to prepare as per Article 11 of the Regulation.

3. Explanation of activities performed at the organization in plain language,

The organization carries out activities of adhesive, silicon application processes, print process, tape and copolymer film processes, hotmelt production process activities at Nitto Bento Bantçılık plant.

4. Known names of substances stated at Annex-1 Sections 1 and 2 that may cause a major accident as well as simple explanations about basic harmfulness specifications of such substances,

Toluene, methoxy propanol, diesel fuels, ethyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, Release PP 25 SS, Superlin, Desmodur chemicals that may cause a major accident are present at the organization. Basic harmfulness specifications of such substances is being flammable, toxic, carcinogenic, and harmful for the aquatic environment.

5. Information regarding what to do in the event of a major accident,

In the event of a major accident at the organization, the response will be performed under “Emergency Plans”. In the event Emergency Plan falls short for the response, Provincial Disaster and Emergency Directorate will be notified and response activities will be performed as per Provincial Disaster Response Plan under the coordination of the Provincial Disaster and Emergency Directorate. Also, Environment and Urbanization Provincial Directorate will be informed.
