To date, the Nitto Group has introduced the Safety Assessor Qualification System for engineers with a focus on machine safety. In order to further enhance safety culture, we have begun to introduce the “Safety Officer Qualification*” to promote safety human resources among the leadership, managers and supervisors. By acquiring the management safety qualification which certifies the knowledge and understanding of “safety,” it is aimed to integrate safety knowledge top-down and bottom-up and improve the efficacy of safety activities, which will lead to the company growth and business value improvement.
