Executive Management demonstrates its commitment to satisfy applicable interested party requirements including statutory and regulatory requirements, to meeting or exceeding the requirements of the applicable quality standards and to continual improvement in quality, service, cost and technology by establishing measurable objectives consistent with our Quality Policy and Nitto Corporate Initiatives. We allocate the required resources and promote company-wide improvement programs to achieve the objectives.
We communicate with interested parties to fully understand their needs and expectations. Through training, our objectives, interested party requirements as well as legal and other requirements are conveyed to internal functions at all levels; summary policy cards are distributed to all employees. The full version of the Quality Policy is in the QMS/EMS Manual and posted in the Quality Management section of the Nitto, Inc. website for visibility to interested parties.
Management holds Management Review meetings to review customer and vendor data, operational and business performance data, audit results, and the results of corrective and preventive actions to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system and identify areas for continual improvement activities.
