In "Nitto for Everyone 2025", we have set financial and future-financial targets to become an "Irreplaceable Top ESG Company" that continues to surprise and inspire as a Niche Top Creator. This section describes the human resources future-financial targets.
The definitions of each of the future-financial target is as follows.
Definition: At Nitto, leaders are defined as "those who lead the organization," "those who provide direction," and "those who take responsibility for results.".

Definition: Definition: The engagement score considers factors that correlate strongly with organizational performance growth based on the "Nitto Group Employee Engagement Survey" results.

Definition: Definition: At Nitto, every employee continues to take on new challenges based on our corporate culture of "Supporting People Who Take on Challenges". We consider the proportion of individuals who have expanded their own potential and experience through various personal efforts to create new value in the future, for example, by applying to the "Nitto Innovation Challenge", making proposals in company-wide small group activities, and reskilling initiatives. This proportion is the challenge ratio.
