TEMISH™ HEPA Filters for P100 Dust Respirators

TEMISH™ provides comfortable, lightweight and thin filters for P100 dust respirators.

TEMISH is a PTFE filter material that allows filter(cartridge) to be curved and thin.

The porous membrane is composed of fine fibers and can physically collect dust and harmful substances.

The PTFE porous membrane is sandwiched by a non-woven fabric to provide handling properties to the ultra-thin PTFE membrane.

Features

High collection efficiency. Low pressure loss.

Temish filter meets NIOSH approved P100 rating and EN approved P3 rating.
Capable of collecting metal powder, silica, asbetos, etc.
Filter collection efficiency ranges from 99.5 to ～99.99995%, and its collection characteristics are stable, providing an excellent balance between air permeability and collection efficiency.
The filter is oil-resistant and retains a large amount of dust, preventing deterioriation of filter performance.
Since the filter is strong and flexible, it allows for flexibility in design such as processing the filter shape and wide selection of frames.

Comparison of penetration rate and pressure drop in TEMISH and glass filters

TEMISH has excellent penetration and pressure drop, and is stronger and more flexible than ordinary glass filters.

■Testing Conditions
1. A simulated mask (250㎠) was made using pleated filter material.
2. Place the simulated mask on the measurement jig and seal it so that there are no leaks.
3. Loading test was performed with PAO particles using AFT8130A. (Flow rate: 42.5 LPM)

・Glass filters are brittle and tear easily, so they need to be enclosed tightly with a protective cover, which increases the weight/volume of the cartridge.

・TEMISH is strong and flexible, allowing cartridges to be lightweight & compact!
